Your price. Your people.
Your row.
Submit one offer — your group size, your price per ticket. The Greenwood Allocation Engine ranks every offer in the room and places groups intelligently, keeping you together.
One offer. One ranked allocation. One announced checkpoint.
Submit an offer
Pick your group size and what you're willing to pay per ticket. One offer per fan per show. Editable up to 24 hours before allocation.
See where you'd land
A non-binding preview shows your seats based on every other offer currently in the room. It updates as offers come in.
Allocation runs once
At an announced checkpoint, the GAE walks the venue from best row to worst, places ranked groups together, and we charge your card.
An auction.
- Countdown timers and per-ticket bidding wars
- Different prices in the same zone
- Strangers between you and your friends
- First-come-first-served beats fairness
A single ranked allocation.
- One offer per fan per show
- Best-ranked groups get the best seats
- Groups stay together; orphan seats avoided
- Rank is by offer, not by submission time
Run a fair room. Earn what the room is worth.
You set the floor per section. Fans submit offers. The Greenwood Allocation Engine fills your venue holistically — no zone bidding wars, no orphan seats, no opaque dynamic pricing.
Every allocation is logged in full. Every override is logged with a reason. Your fans see exactly the same thing you do.
Things people ask before their first offer.
How is rank calculated?
Highest price per ticket goes first. Bigger groups break ties at the same price, and the earliest offer breaks whatever's left. That's the whole rule — nothing hidden, no fees in the math.
Can I revise my offer?
Yes — you can raise it any time until 24 hours before doors, when seats lock. Lowering is never allowed. Each time you raise, we release the old card hold and place a new one.
What if other offers pass mine?
Your projected seats can move — to a row further back, or out of the room if the show truly fills. You'll see it happen live on the show page, and you can raise your offer any time until seats lock.
When am I charged?
When seats lock, 24 hours before doors. Until then your card is held, not charged. If you don't get seats, the hold is released and you pay $0.
What if the show sells out before my offer is competitive?
You'll see exactly where you stand on the live preview, and we'll email you before seats lock so you have time to raise. You can always go up; you can't go below the section floor.
Are there service fees?
No. The price you offer is the price you pay. Card-processing costs come out of the artist payout, never on top of your ticket.
